Empowering Women After Two Decades of Corporate Leadership
After more than 20 years of building six to nine-figure brands and leading business operations, marketing, and sales across industries like personal and professional services, technology, retail, travel, and finance, I shifted my focus to supporting women—especially mothers—in building businesses that align with their strengths and life goals so that you can get paid for what you already know and love without having to jump on the latest side gig fad or spend years trying to figure out how to be your own boss.
Throughout my career, I witnessed the barriers women face in the workforce.
Recognizing the challenges women face in the workplace, I founded the Success Shift Speaker Series, a free, 4-day virtual event designed to empower women, particularly moms, to prioritize themselves and define their vision of success. This event offers expert-led insights into work-life balance, personal branding, mindset, and other crucial tools to help women step confidently into turning their talents into income.
In addition, through my Mind to Money Method™ program, I guide women through a step-by-step process to use their strengths, talents, and experiences to become their own boss while avoiding burnout and costly mistakes in starting a business. The program is designed to fast-track your progress while working with your schedule with a go-at-your-own pace in 20-minute sessions that guide you through a proven framework and building blocks used by business leaders to launch your business and create an online presence that converts to customers.
My mission is to break down the barriers that prevent women from thriving, providing them with the tools, flexibility, and support they need to become their own boss, contribute financially to their families, taps into your talents and passions while avoiding burnout.
